The personal data described in the previous point are used for the following purposes:

By purchasing any IC product or service, you authorize us to send you calls or SMS at our discretion, for the purpose of providing you with information of interest and to request any data that is necessary for the provision of IC services.

Message and data rates may apply to any messages we send to you and that you send to us. If you have any questions about your messaging or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless carrier. 14. Deadline to attend to the exercise of rights

The deadline to respond to requests for the exercise of rights is one (1) month, from the receipt of your request. This period may be extended for another two (2) months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. PDPO will inform of any such extensions within a period of one month from receipt of the request, indicating the reasons for the delay.
